Current functionality

The planning tools and enquiry composer run in your browser. They do not send form fields to a server, create an account, use analytics cookies or store inputs in local storage. Hosting services may process technical request logs under their own policies.

Email drafts

Choosing to open an email app transfers the draft to the email software you select. You control whether to send it. The planned recipient is [email protected]; the mailbox has not yet been activated. Your email provider handles the message according to its terms.

What to include

Use a short business question and ordinary contact details. Do not enter passport scans, financial account numbers, passwords, health information or confidential corporate documents.

Before server-side enquiries are enabled

The legal data controller, service providers, retention periods, transfer safeguards and request procedure must be disclosed before server-side enquiries are enabled. This notice describes the current browser-only functionality.
