Costs and written scope

Separate the first filing from future renewals.

Connect each quoted amount to a filing or a maintenance obligation. A useful budget distinguishes the initial record from the cost of keeping it current.

Five lines every useful quotation should explain

Cost categoryAsk the providerRecord before accepting
Professional workWhich preparation, submissions and coordination are included?Deliverables, responsible provider and exclusions
Authority chargesWhich fees apply to this activity and structure?Basis, evidence and whether paid at cost
PremisesDoes the address suit the activity and how long is it covered?Term, deposits, renewals and approval dependencies
People and residencyWhich permit routes are being considered and separately assessed?Applicants, duration, conditions and separate charges
Ongoing operationWhat happens after the company record is issued?Renewals, records, accounting and handover responsibility

Compare scope before comparing totals

Treat the registration as a record that will change. Keep ownership, activities, address, permissions and renewal evidence connected throughout the company lifecycle. An apparently lower quotation can exclude a dependency another provider has included. Ask for one version that names every inclusion and every assumption. Keep one-time work separate from recurring charges and ask how any applicable tax will be shown.

Use your own amounts

No fixed formation price is asserted here. The activity, applicant profile and responsible providers must be confirmed first. The worksheet below calculates amounts you enter; it does not look up government fees or create a quotation.
